Whitney St.Clair
FounderWhitney St.Clair is the founder and heart & soul behind Blown Away Beauty Bar. Her vision was to create a boutique salon experience that elevates each and every client’s natural beauty with stylish, celebrity like, catwalk-quality hairstyles and makeup. “Every woman deserves to be treated like a celebrity,” says Whitney. “At Blown Away Beauty Bar our clients enjoy an affordable luxury and walk out with inner confidence and outer beauty for under $40.” Whitney has many years of experience in fashion and retailing including leading the Fashion Merchandising team and managing the Savvy fashion department at Nordstrom’s in San Diego where she learned that world-class customer experience is rewarded in customer retention. Whitney coordinated several fashion shows with Nordstrom as well as trunk shows and other promotional events. Familiar with the blow dry salon concept, Whitney had specific ideas to elevate the experience and turned those into action by successfully launching Blown Away Beauty Bar in June of 2014. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Whitney has lived in Southern California for 9 years since graduating from the University of Clemson with a degree in marketing. When not hustling at work, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She can be found shopping the latest styles, running, enjoying the beach and regularly volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House.

Master "Drylist"Master "Drylist" - Amber Payne personifies the "can-do-anything" attitude and both her confidence and incredible work ethic have propelled her to the top of the beauty industry at an early age. Amber's passion is making others feel good about themselves whether by making her clients look and feel beautiful in the chair or by encouraging her co-workers behind it; Amber has a knack for bringing the best out in people. When out of the salon you will likely find Amber enjoying a rigorous workout at CrossFit or a relaxing day at the beach. Work hard, play hard... Amber lives by that motto!

Operational ManagerPriscilla Cheeseman is the Operational Manager at Blown Away. She has been in the hair industry for six years and believes in continual education in order to provide excellent service to her clientele. She earned the role of operational manager due to her strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and desire to make all customers feel beautiful — inside and out. When she's not busy working, you can find her spending time with friends and family or enjoying her time as a puggle mom to Odin and Zeus.

Saida has been in the beauty / customer service industry for over 8 years meticulously seeing to every detail to ensure that her clients have the best experience possible. Her high expectations for herself and her staff mixed with her caring nature has earned her the affectionate nickname "Mama Sai" by her employees and peers.
